Tracy Foster Therapy
Counselling, Psychotherapy, EMDR
& Supervision
All about you!
I believe that establishing a confidential, trusting, non-judgmental and respectful relationship is vital to counselling. This is why I offer a short introduction session without charge or obligation for those without insurance. This gives us a chance to briefly discuss what it is that has brought you to therapy. You can ask any questions you might have. It allows me to be clear on how I work, what therapy is and isn't, and how we might move forward to create positive change.
I work with empathy, honesty, kindness, humility and creativity.
I believe in therapy being a collaborative experience and I am respectful and mindful of the uniqueness of every individual. My approach uses a blend of theories and methods to suit you and your situation.

A little about me
I discovered the transformative power of counselling and psychotherapy firsthand, which deepened my self-awareness and inspired me to support others in understanding themselves more fully. Today, I run a private practice from my dedicated, calm, and private counselling room in Weybridge, Surrey, offering a space where you can feel safe, heard, and valued.
As a fully qualified and accredited member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (MBACP Accred), I have undergone advanced training and assessment to ensure a high standard of practice. This level of accreditation reflects my commitment to ongoing professional development and adherence to the BACP Ethical Framework, ensuring a safe, confidential, and supportive space for you.
With over seven years of volunteer experience at Cruse Bereavement Support, I’ve had the privilege of helping individuals navigate loss and supervising other volunteers in their client work. My two years supporting young adults at Woking Sixth Form College gave me insight into the unique challenges facing 16-19-year-olds, while my training with Relate allows me to work with couples, supporting communication and resolving conflicts.
My approach is integrative, drawing on a range of therapeutic models, including Humanistic, Psychodynamic, Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT), Exposure Response Prevention (ERP), Systemic, Narrative, EMDR, Existential, and Transactional Analysis. This flexibility allows me to tailor our sessions to best suit your unique needs and goals.
